I was away for ten days taking bed rest to relieve me of the pain that I was going through because of my low back issue. Glad that rest did wonders to me. I was prescribed some supplements that helped me as well.
In those 10 days however I was restless as I could not come here. There were so many other activities I could not do but those did not bother me as much as not being able to get here.
What's with myLot I say

It is not so much back pain but the pinching of the sciatica nerve that got caught in the lumbar region

After one takes bed rest the limbs kind of require to start at a slow pace.

Its okay, slow is okay as long as its getting better. Sometimes rushing is not good.
