Mini gym update #4

Yesterday evening and this morning felt like winter. Last night, it was cold in my lightweight jacket with temps in the 40s. This morning, it felt the same when I switched to my winter jacket. Then, this weekend, it would be cooler in the 50-60s like normal fall temperatures. During last night's yoga session, we had a decent group of yogis in attendance. Here's what we did in class in no particular order: 6 Arm Raises and 6 Leg Raises (not together) 4 Bridge Poses and 1 Swimming Pose 2 Forward Folds and 2 Child's Poses 2 Pigeon Poses (1x/side) and 1 Firelog Pose 2 Twisted Triangles (1x/side) and 2 Intense Side Stretches (1x/side) That's all I can remember before we had 10 minutes of meditation at the end. This morning, I warmed up in the heated pool to ward off the pre-winter chill. It did feel good to stretch and work out. Then I had hot cocoa when I came home. No word from Paige and Omar yet. And I hope to finish my drafted product descriptions over the weekend.
