Over a month ago I made a "date" with a friend. I am lucky if I see her once a year other than at her place of work.
She is in admissions in radiology where we go to the hospital.
We will meet in between our homes and try a new to me place for breakfast.
Except I woke up at 4:30, hungry. We are meeting at 10. I have to eat with my morning medicine.
So I made eggs baked with ham and cheese cubes in it and ate. Took a shower, took a nap.
This way I will be able to indulge in some of the other non protein foods for our visit.
I have made my swagbucks goal already, and responded to my notifications.
All that is left is to get ready and go.

I ate a hot hamburger sandwich, but ended up bringing half of it home to hubby. It also had provolone and sliced roast beef, all on a homemade bun.

@GardenGerty I usually cant eat until an hour after I wake up, but have to before 2-3 hours is up or ill get sick.
