Playing Peek a Boo (says the sun)

Today arrived on the chilly side and I'm sure with the temperatures dropping even more tonight I'll have to put the heat on. I knew that would happen. We've had the a/c on for so long that it was bound to get cold quickly and we'd just switch it over.
The sun was out early this morning, then it disappeared and it rained a little, then it came out again. The sky is mixed with white fluffy clouds and also some gray stormy looking ones. Don't know who's going to win today but I certainly hope it's the sun.
I'm late getting here today. I got caught up in organizing my desk and one thing led to another and I think I made more of a mess than actually accomplishing my original task.
I've also been trying to get my crocheting projects organized too but that seems like a task for another day.
I finally finished the book I was reading which took me an unusually long time. It's not that the book wasn't good. I just seemed to have other things to do and the book stayed closed.
I feel as if I've been exceptionally busy lately but I can't for the life of me tell you what I've been doing.
Oh well, hope everyone is enjoying their Saturday today

I am hibernating inside most of this week because it has turned colder here too. We have had the heat on for a couple of days now.

Lol Everytime I take things out to organize I swear I wind up with a bigger mess! I am so tired I can barely keep my eyes open. I better get offline for now and go do a load of laundry. It is chilly here too. I woke up and the house was at 62. If it drops any lower the heat will turn on so I am sure by tonight the furnace will be kicking on everything few hours

@Marilynda1225 yep I heard ours come on twice at night. It's under 50°F here at just about noon. My boyfriend doesn't turn his heat on for a few weeks I believe. I am dreading that chill when I got his house in awhile. I won't be staying long if I'm shivering.

Same here. The heat turned on in the middle of the night so the temperatures really took a dive.

The suns been out here most of the day, thankfully. As i had enough rain and greyness yesterday.
We're at 50 right now at 530pm. Loving and hating it.

Its sunny here, thank God! the cold came in fast.

Here we just have strong winds which makes it really cold. The sun is out, but doesn't bring any warmth today. Thank you for sharing

Yes We enjoyed some lovely autumnal sunshine here in spain on saturday... but yesterday in rained on and of most of the afternoon. .. and today it is overcast so we'll have to see if the sun wins over the clouds

I also find out that I am in the middle of reading a book that I like and it may take longer to finish it because other things come up. That happens.
