Staying awake and waiting...

It is midnight and I am fast awake. The festive season is on in India and it is time for nine long days of navaratri celebration. And my favorite part of celebration is dandiya nights. Dandiya is a traditional dance form of Gujarat in India and we use colourful dandiya sticks while dancing. I love to dress up in traditional attire and dance in groups. Well today was the first dandiya night that I attended and there are few more coming in next few days. My recent food poisoning left me with less energy and I could dance on only few songs. I hope to dance for longer on Monday night. My feet hurts now.
Hubby dear left for a late night movie with his friends and I decided to come back with my girls.
Now I am wide awake and waiting for him. I am tired but not sleepy. I am excited and searching all my wardrobe to get the best mix match combination for next dandiya night on Monday.

I am now the duty officer on a Sunday. I have just came back from going around the mall first floor to third floor. But, I use the elevator to take me to each floors, because the last time had my feet and knees aching by taking the stairs.
The centralized air-conditioner is off during Sundays, because only the duty officer and about 4 employees are present. So, I am fanning myself with the small electric fan in my table.

I will never take stairs for so much of up and down. Good that you are using lift.
