Health Update, Week 7

This week was my second week back to the gym. I did the best I could by eating meals before workouts from morning and night. Though my calorie ranged from 2300-3000, I only gained half a pound at 107.8. At least I didn't go down, which is a good thing. No word from my brother via text on it. Oh well.
Once again, ice cream and french fries were my junk food vices. Onward and upward to 109 pounds to reach next week. I'll try to get to 2700-3000 calories, starting this weekend like with tonight.
