Megs Yunn has learned the horror stories that children who grow in a low income family can never celebrate a birthday since they cannot afford to buy a birthday cake or have a party. Megs started a not for profit business called "Beverly's Birthday" when an insurance company paid out a prize of $2,500 dollars for any person who is making a difference in the Pittsburgh Pennsylvania area. Megs used the prize money she won to buy birthday kits for children that were in the low income bracket. The not for profit idea grew in size when donations and grants from people and business foundations plus 200 volunteers assisted Megs to hold birthday parties for needy children. Her not for profit business grew into having a place where homeless people can get clothing for free at her "Beverly's Boutique". What I did learn is that children who are either pool of from homeless families never celebrate a birthday to due to lack of money. Thanks to Megs her charity has been a blessing to the poverty stricken people in the Pittsburgh area.
