Graveyard Cake

What we have here is a red velvet cake with chocolate frosting, decorated with almond windmill cookies and chocolate tombstones. This was made in honor of Goth Chick Appreciation Day, which I explained about in yesterday's post. It turned out kinda crumbly because I didn't have enough eggs, but I think it's pretty good nonetheless. Plus, the decoration is top-notch in my opinion. Maybe next time I make one of these, I'll add some marshmallow ghosts.

It is. It's even better with ice cream on the side.
