Hi folks ... it's been a while... but all is well here, i've just been working and doing everyday stuff..., like you all...
Where I work, the house has quite a large garden, with lots of trees backing onto woodland and open fields, and we are very fortunate to have quite a few wildlife visitors, deer, badgers & foxes, although I did not see the foxes this time or last time ..., so I hope they are ok, they do not have fox hunting in this area..., which is good, but I hope they are ok,
The post photo, is a collage of one of the little deer that regularly visits the garden, we think it is because, there are two, old apple trees in the garden, and of course the fruit falls to the ground, so that is a great source of food for them, and no pet dogs to worry them, and some other shrubbery and rich green lawns... a veritable feast really... lol... although not everyone would be pleased to see them, as they can make a mess of your lawn and eat flowers too, but our lady does not mind.
I'm going now to catch up with some of your recent posts. ..

@sueznewz2 If you have a vegetable garden it's quickly gone if a deer visits.

I've seen evidence of deer in my back yard, but haven't seen the deer myself.
We do see pheasants and Canada Geese trying to help themselves to our garden. One day we'll see more wildlife....maybe a bear....maybe a living moose....

thanks judy @JudyEv my colleague and I are not sure... it had been raining so it could be mud...it's just a bit unusual for it to be isolated to that one part of his body...then we wondered if he was growing a winter coat..

@sueznewz2 He might be. Some get down on the knees and rub the necks back and forth, possibly to ease an itch. I've seen cows do this.

I love the photos and once in a while a deer will come up the hill to my house to say hello. We have a ravine behind us which is government land, a forest with a stream through it and there is a fun trail through it.
