In the Philippines it was already announced that there were 2 people who one the lottery for the price of 1 Billion pesos though since they are 2 then of course they have to divide it into 2 so it will be 400 Million pesos if there is already 20% tax reduction. Hoping that those two people who won the lottery deserves it and they will use the money wisely instead of wasting it due to excitement. Personally speaking if I won the lottery I will no longer donate because I believe in the 20% tax reduction it is already huge amount of helping the whole nation. Of course Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office is also known as the charity institution where people can ask help in hospitalization. I would really use it for the personal purposes especially for the future of my daughter in terms of education especially for the college the value will be more higher, stock market, investment, insurances. And if I want to help others my priority will be my God children according to their financial status I would also give them inheritance too. We are going to move in another house but we should be wise of where we should stay and making sure about the monthly dues. I would like to save it as well for our retirement, emergency, business, and other more personal concerns. I would ask help from my husband on how to budget wisely.

For me the answer is simple. Invest ALL of it and live off of the proceeds. I'd have enough money for a lifetime, and the best charity would be to spend it in many places keeping people working.

Pay off my loans. Share it with my family and loved ones. Donate some of it to the Church.

I guess it all depends on how much I won. Many, many years ago, when I had a high-paying job, I won $500, which was slightly less than a week's pay. I didn't think too much of it. But then some years later, I was unemployed and broke. That $500 would have been a godsend. Right now, I would need to win about $34,000 to pay off my mortgage and other loan. So, I don't make plans on how I would spend money I'm probably not going to win.

If I won, I would immediately plan a dream trip to Australia.
