School Back Up and Running

Although, I vowed never to re-open my Christian school, I did anyway. I have kept the homeschool cover open ever since the day school closed, but I just felt led to give the dayschool another shot. We have 3 students in the day school and 2 families in the cover school. So far things are going well. I really love ministering to children and youth, but I can not handle the drama that comes with enabling or apathetic parents. I am thankful for things running smoothly, currently, and pray they continue to do so. Any ideas on how to respect parents, while also demanding they respect school policies and me as the teacher/director. Also, what are some respectable ways to ensure parents pay tuition. I am running into numerous people who want educational services for free.

I pray that the parwnts would understand and respect you as the teacher/owner. No more dramas. And thank God for.ministering to the kids.

Unfortunately, the only way I know of to both get parents to respect your way of running your school and to pay tuition is to tell them they'll have to take their child elsewhere if they don't. As regards tuition, you could require payment up front before allowing the child to attend.

Payment up front is how most Christian schools work. I am trying to help people out, but I feel they are now taking advantage of that. I am gonna have to follow this advice.

They need to understand that you are running a business not a charity. I hope things continue to go well.
