Heading out to the gym

It is Monday so that means I have a 5 pm training session scheduled. My sister is meeting me there tonight so I will have some good motivation. My biceps are still sore from Saturday when we lifted the Atlas stones 25 times. Everything else is good to go, though, so I should be fine. I'll catch up with everyone in 2.5 hours!

The gym is 30 minutes away so an hour of that is time spent driving there and back home. I also get there early to stretch out.
