Second week of vacation: I sit here listening to hubby trying to arrange health care. His doc will no longer work in our area so he's figuring out which doctor actually cares for people in clinics that we can get to. Not nurses but docs. He finally found one that is not a PAC. I am better. Not one hundred percent but better. I made it to water aerobics this morning. Learning curve there: I participated in the class, wearing a new swim suit dress, I guess its called. Yup. The little skirt flipped up as I went through such exercises as jumping jacks. I finally decided to get over my old lady brain. I tucked the side of the skirt into my little below skirt pants and got on with the business of stretching my muscles. The water felt good on my legs! I didn't have to wear a Granny Clampett suit! Anyway, I'm glad I went and exercised for most of an hour.
