Back from the gym

Although it was cloudy outside, it was crisp like it was over the weekend. Though I did have a light jacket on, due to temps in the 50s, it felt like the 40s, perhaps from the wind chill factor. I did see Michelle before class and during class when I arrived at the gym. She also offered me a ride home too. So, of course, I accepted it.
Our prop du jour was the small balls to use on the mat. Here's what we did tonight in no particular order:
6 Arm Raises and 6 Leg Raises (3x/leg)
2 100 Cycles (1 on stomach, one on back)
6 Double Leg Stretches and 6 Single Leg Stretches (3x/side)
6 Criss-Crosses and 2 Tree poses (1x/side)
2 Sidekick Series with Clam shell Series (1x/side--6 clams, 3 open, 3 extended per leg)
6 Planks--3 Straight Arm and 3 Bent Elbow
6 One-legged Plank (3x/side) and 2 Backstroke Poses (1x/side)
6 Bent Leg Peel-Ups (3x/side, forward and backward)
2 Saw Poses, 4 Arm-Leg Poses (2x/side) and 4 Quadriceps (2x/side)
I think that's about it for now.

Yep. Good workout, though my left hip did hurt a bit.
