What you do when you feel very lazy??

Hi mylotters. There are days when everyone feels very lazy due to workload or any other reason. One doesn't feel like getting up from bed or doing anything much the whole day. It happens with all of us sometime or the other.
Everyone has a different way to deal with it. For me personally when I feel very lazy like today in the morning, I went for a brisk walk of 30mins and listened to music, that made me feel better and thus my day turned out to be active instead of passive or lethargic.
What about you people? What you do when you feel very lazy? Do share.
