He works nights

My husband works night shifts on the metal health floor a hospital. He only has 3 nights a week and every other weekend he works one of both days. Since he works night Friday nights count as weekends. It’s very tire some for both of us. More so him then me but it leaves me to put all three kids to bed, make dinner and whatever else is needed. I don’t typtoal sleep well when works night shoftbs. Since he works 7pm-7am he comes home and goes to bed.
