How the party for 30 kids went

It was fun. My daughter did really well planning and setting it all out and the kids had a ball with a party entertainer who brought disco lights, bubbles and fake snow. She also did a few magic tricks. Food was kept simple and the time was between dinner and tea. One thing I liked and might do for fun at a party of my own was the glasses all had a long fizzy sweet and strawberries in them and a wrist band around the stem. It looked so effective. The kids had lemonade, but I guess it could be interesting with wine. Thanks to a young relative who came to help and did cake decoration and tattoos the sweets flowed rather freely. She became known as the lollipop lady. Her role was also to provide a pinata. I had never seen one used before. I think there were only 23 kids and assorted parents, as far as I could gather, my grandson had his entire class and some others. There was an animal glow disco theme. After all was cleared up neither I, not my daughter could move a muscle, but it was worth it.
