InfoBarrel Bites the Dust!

Another online writing site is dying if it isn't already dead. Heard from a friend that InfoBarrel won't be around much longer. Although I checked the site and as of today, October 16, 2018, it is still online.
I tried IB years ago and ended up removing my content on my own and republishing elsewhere. The annoying thing is that nobody seems to be able to delete their articles. I had no problem when I removed my articles. But that was years ago. Hope my friend can find a good home for all that hard work.
If you have content at this site, what are you going to do with it?

Well if the site is going down you won't have to do anything since everything will disappear anyway. You were smart enough to keep copies. I sometimes save a snapshot of my article on this site called the Wayback Machine. It preserves a copy of you article the way it looked on a specific date. It's kind of neat!

I wish Bubblews had worked. But I don't know why but sort had a feeling the bubble would burst. And it did.

nothing really. Can't even remember what I posted there because it's been so long since my last logged in. They got me a few $ in my Adense but guess I just lost interest

Yeah. Earnings were possible but I didn't like the site's "vibe". The community did not seem that responsive. But maybe it was me.

I was at HUBPages and looked for a similar site. That's how I found IB. But I was disappointed. Not with the writers. The writers were excellent. I didn't like the site's publishing platform.

Hearing this site for the first time.
Also, avoid posting it somewhere else even though it's your own workpiece.
Reason:
The post gets indexed on search engines already.
So if you post on another site it would be treated as a plagiarised content.
If the post is not getting indexed yet, then you can post by doing the following steps.
Go to the plagiarism checker tool.
Then copy and paste your contents there and check for plagiarism.
If it shows 100% unique then you are good to go.
Otherwise, sorry to say. You should forget this post.

I've heard of this site but never checked it out or joined. Wonder if I missed out. Not surprising to hear it will vanish soon, as it seems that paying sites vanish lately, for one reason or another.
