A McDonald's employee is being praised for his act of kindness in Clarenville Newfoundland Canada on Monday when he was working in the area where the customers pick up their meals in the drive thru section. Sydney Wells and her partner Marg Murphy-Wells had ordered a meal that came up to a bill of $23 dollars American money, The catch was that both ladies forget to bring the money since they left at home. Even though they told Kris Knickle to hold their order until they could come back to pay for their meal, Kris insisted he would pay the $23 food tab for them. The story was posted on Facebook. The story gave Kris and McDonald's a boost of good publicity. Kris insisted that he was just doing his job to make his customers happy.

@oahuwriter I would have done the same thing since fast food workers do not make large salaries.

@Deepizzaguy But it's so kind, and very unusual that Kris would pay for it. I'd think he'd keep it warm for them till they got back with the money only.
