A Little Difference in Earning

I noticed that there’s a difference between the figure of earnings summary and the earning tab shown in my account page. It’s just .0046 though. I don’t how that is but perhaps a minor error in the computer’s part computation. Has anyone encounter the same here? I realized that even computers commit mistakes on their computation and we should not rely on it too much. That’s why when I do some calculations; I see to it that I have two figures to compare so that both should match before I finalize my record. Photo Credit: pixabay.com

The earnings summary and earnings from discussions are not the same. It is in the summary that they pay us while the earnings from discussions is the daily amount input. You can check the Sept earnings you have as the one they will pay or have paid you. Anything in excess is added to the daily earnings from discussion.

I see the summary of the October earning and I think it should be the same on the balance we see upper right but it's not. The previous earning was paid already that's why I see the difference between the balance and the record in the summary. A little delay perhaps as Skrillex explained.

Maybe the summary of earning is updated a little bit of delay than the itemized earning per day. I observed that it happens even in my earnings.

I just noticed it recently. That makes an explanation. It is perhaps not synchronized during update.

I guess that's how it works. Even this time my summary earning is way below .0004

It's not an error. myLot pays in dollars and cents to the nearest cent. Your earnings are shown to the nearest hundredth of a cent. When the payments are calculated, your total is rounded up or down so there is almost always a discrepancy of something less than a cent in the totals you see for the current month and the total as shown on the screen. I your case, it means that myLot either owes you 0.46 cents or you owe them that. It will be adjusted, of course, when you next get paid. Check the Earnings Summary page to see how your current earnings are calculated:

I'll see what will happen next because it's still there.

@ZedSmart When I look up to see how much is there I believe it takes a long time to change the amount. I do not know if that is the same thing you are saying.
