Astral Projection

I have my series of astral projections. It's really scary when you wake up from sleep separated from your body. I have also encounter entities that tried to drag me away from my body. I was thankful I was able to return to my body.
What do you think of this occurrence? I wanted to find answers too.

I don't know if it's just lucid dreaming but it just happened to me and the experience is so real. Like I was in the same room and I am floating above my body. Then 2 white spherical things came in my room and suddenly drags me on the shoulder like taking me away from my body.

Guides maybe? If they're a danger Im sure your guardian will intervene Try talking to them

@christoffowel Yes, but I never succeeded. Last time I tried by putting myself in a meditative state. I recall feeling like someone was in the room with me and then next thing I was waking up on the floor. I must have gotten a little too meditative and fallen asleep 
My fears are probably keeping it from going well.
The guides are there to teach you and help you through the process. They just get excited and carried away sometimes I think
