Fake Milk production in India is being made which can cause cancer. This was posted by someone on facebook. I wonder how true is this or is this just a fake video. Do you think this is real?

I have read that 70% of milk sold in Delhi is adulterated. Mainly is water with painting added to make it look like milk.

With millions of small dairy farms it is almost impossible for the Indian government to monitor and make sure the milk produce are safe and up to quality standards.
