I Will Try To Like It

Its gonna happen whether I like it or not so this year I will try to like it, not love just like. For some reason we have been missed when the rain comes, hurricanes and floods, rainy weeks for others and here I am in central Alabama dry as a bone.
Last night I watched the local weather lady and she said its coming this week and I already feel it, cold.
We got a light rain last night and I heard it again easy this morning, which I was happy to hear because the garden is still giving me and the community fresh greens, but the cold is coming with this rain.
Today I will have to wear pants, its gonna be 65 degrees F / 18 C and I may take a hoodie with me.
I know some of you will laugh saying that`s nice, excellent weather, but not to me! I am used to 80 to 90 degrees.
So I will wrap my body with fabric, like I am a mummy and try to enjoy that feel.

You wouldn't like my weather! It is about 50F and the wind is strong and cold. But this is nothing compared to what's coming.

@andriaperry While I'm not crazy about the extreme winter, I hate even more the extreme heat and snakes.

@andriaperry I have that in my bucket place of places to go. I like to go to Canada and experience that. My friends are all over Canada.

Take a vacation / holiday to a place it snows. You`ll be glad to go back to warmth.

That's cold to me as well. It's the last seasaw season of the year, last week it was warm and pleasant, this week we're in the 40s and 50s, burrrrrrr, I don't like these temperature dips but it should go back up to the 60s before next week starts.
I'll be trying to steer clear of people for the next few months because so many work in offices where the heaters and A/Cs are at odds with the outdoor weather and of course a lot of people end up getting sick because they either over or under dress for the conditions.

Same here so I try to steer clear of Walmart or Target @andriaperry It just amazes me how so many mom's will take their sick kids out shopping.

@andriaperry - No, we have gotten a room for the winter. I will be getting in touch with a VA guy that is going to put me in touch with a VA program that helps vets find affordable housing, whenever I get off my lazy butt and call him.

It's been raining since this afternoon. Presently, I am on a short vacation with my partner in crime. But sadly, it doesn't feel like a vacation at all as I have to work for more than 8 hours a day. Plus, the weather's not cooperating right now, so we have just stayed at the condo the whole day. Take care, Andria

We dried out a bit, but the real cold hit. Killed my basil and other stuff. Highs in the upper sixties here and they feel good to me.
