How many of you get flu shots every year?

I used just go and get a flu shot but last year it started that she asked all these questions and weighed me and I was not expecting that and then gave me the shot. By the time it was all over I was frustrated and exhausted. This year I asked why not just the shot and all the questions? She did not have answers. I lost weight and she asked if I wanted to see a dietician and I told her no. Do they look at files?
Does anyone else experience this when they go to get a flu shot?

@sugartoes Not everyone gets shots. I always get one and hope I won't get the flu.

So far, I just get cold in the worst case. I don't take flu shots.How did you lose weight ?
Are you losing muscle mass or fat ?

@Hannihar All right, so I guess you are doing good. Stay healthy. If you can, eat vegetables and fruits that contain water: tomato, cucumber, oranges...you will get your water and vitamins.

Thank you Mor but I am ok. Winter is not my good time of year. I have an air purifier and hope that will help me not get sick during winter,.

In the summer time I do not get hungry and all I really want to do is drink so I do not eat much and it carried into winter last year and did not each much. I trying to teach my body to stop when I am full and not eat after that. I only eat twice a day because I take medication where I cannot eat after that.

When I got my flu shot last week she asked me a bunch of questions and weighed me and asked if I wanted a dietitian too. I told her no. I lost weight. Why would the dietitian give you the shot? Do you go to her for food issues too? That is why the nurse asked me if wanted to see one. I really do not know what they put in files because if she noticed I lost weight from the last weighing she did for me last year.

Are you a healthy person and never get the flu? I am not healthy and saw when I did not get a flu shot I did get the flu and also at that time my left shoulder acted like my right one and that is not good news. Now, I have two injured shoulders.

I get my flu shot at my semi-annual doctor's visit anyway, after my physical exam. The one year I forgot, I wound up getting it at Walgreen's and there were no questions asked other than about allergies related to how the vaccine is produced.

I guess its just the place you go to. I go to an open clinic and they just ask a few questions about allergies. No they did not weigh me but I wish hey had.

I think it is something they started last year and continue each year. They never weighed me or asked me all these questions before last year.

No, they do not look at files because they call me and bother me. They started with their questions last year.
