All individuals must now wear standard issue uniforms! Be sure each and every individual among you conforms. To the stereotype group we have labelled 'Individual'. Help us to make non-conformity a commonplace habitual Routine, where the goats stop the mindless sheep bleating And start eating the same offal as all the goats are eating. We are introducing a brand new standard operational Procedure to make individualism an occupational Way of life where every worker stands out from the crowd So from now on, not being an individual is not allowed. The goats among you will all agree to this proposition. Only mindless sheep will support the opposite position. Oh, what a surprise. We have a resounding majority!
