What's going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know!
I honestly don't know what I'm having for dinner. I was going to make Smoky Barbecue Chicken in my Instant Pot this evening (from the Dinner In An Instant cookbook) but I don't think my husband is going to be around to eat and I don't feel like going through all of the trouble just for me since I'm not super hungry. I may just cook a package of Trader Joe's Porcini Mushroom and Truffle Ravioli and call that dinner.
That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? Do tell!

We're having Eggroll in a Bowl, and I'm making a pot of rice for the kids to eat with it (I have riced broccoli). I bought a Napa cabbage for it, but now wish I had just gotten a regular green cabbage. They shred up very differently.

@NJChicaa I wonder if I can get away with adding mushrooms if I put them in the food processor first? The kids never object to the flavor as long as they don't see mushroom pieces.

Me for tonight's dinner, I'm debating between Honey Bunches of Oats bowl or a slice of frozen pizza with frozen fries. Not in the mood for cooking. I might go for instant soba, buckwheat noodles bowl and fires too. Just don't want to cook. I'll see when I get home from the library today which has changed it's internet computer use today.

Good idea. I sometimes like to eat cereal only for dinner too...Honey Bunches of Oates and milk is so good when I get too lazy to cook.

I had a corn dog and mashed potatoes. No, not healthy...but wasn't in the mood to cook anything that took long.

What is adobo sauce, I've never hear of it? Your ravioli sounds delicious, also! I made meatloaf, baked hubbard squash, and green beans. It was pretty good!

@kobesbuddy you can buy chipotle Chile’s in adobo in cans at the grocery store in the Mexican section
