Yesterday I read a discussiion from @marguicha and I love the bruschetta she posted. I didn't know that baguette can be eaten in this way but I love it. I searched the information to make the bruschetta via the net and last night I baked the baguette. This morning I used the baguette to make the bruschetta and it is super delicious

We had these today! Of course, ours would be different b/c we don't use dairy, so ours have cheese made from nuts. It is an easy and light meal for us.

@PatZAnthony There is no cheese at all on real Italian bruschetta. It's made only rubbing garlic on the top and brushing with olive oil and then you top with chopped tomatoes.

@LadyDuck Oh, it seems I made the real Italian bruschetta Actually I thought about making the version with cheese but time was tight in the morning. Besides, I'd like to try its original version much more.

We do not use the baguette, that is a French bread, to make bruschetta, but what you made it is correct. I also made bruschette (plural of brushcetta) yesterday evening to serve with fish fillets.

@LadyDuck I will go online to see how to make it You may not know, actually I don't know this term and it is my first time to hear about Tuscan bread altough I have eaten it before. I just thought it was a kind of French bread Or do you have a recipe for it? As I am afraid the recipe I found via the net may not work well. I have to try it one by one until I find a good one. If you made this bread before, you will know how to make it and I already know you are good at cooking

@youless We use Tuscan bread, that is a loaf larger than the French baguette and the crust is softer. I show you a photo.
