Anti blue ray?

Today many phones have the feature like anti blue ray. It seems it can protect your eyes better. I am not sure about whether it works so well or whether this is necessary. I just look at some people's friends who turn on this feature, the screen look like a little yellow and I don't like it at all. This is why I never turn on anti blue ray for my phone.
How about you?

The blue light from screens has been shown to make us more alert and to keep us awake and this feature (which reduces the blueness of the screens of phones, tablets and PCs) is designed to make it easier to sleep after using the screen late at night.
Our natural diurnal body clocks are, apparently, regulated by light becoming naturally redder (or less blue) as the sun sets, so it has always been helpful to our sleep pattern that artificial light (whether from candles or lamps or incandescent bulbs) is redder and contains less blue light than daylight.
The blueness of screens doesn't hurt our eyes so much as it tends to make us more wakeful.

@youless The blue light is not harmful (there are no harmful radiations, either visible or not, from an LCD screen). It merely makes us more wakeful.
I have a similar function to reduce the blue component on my PC. I have tried it and I find that it does make things too yellow for my liking. I don't know whether there is a slider to make it more or less yellow.

I have mine set up for it to kick on at 10, and yes it does give a yellow look but it's better on your eyes and yes it does work.
