It is past midnight and my legs are tired. I will try to see if there is something in Netflix. There´s nothing interesting at the cable TV. Tomorrow I hope to have my legs more rested. I want to take Luna for a walk and I hope I can find a med at the drugstore that some friends have told me do wonders for knees. It is a collagen based pill. Have you heard about it? Good night, friends. Sleep tight. See you tomorrow

It depends what is causing the pain, is this arthritis? The pills help to relief pain, they do no wonders at all.

I thought that they helped replenish the collagen between the bones at the knees.

@marguicha Well, my brother is a doctor and he suffers of joints pain. The theory is that collagen supplements should help to maintain (or even replace) lost cartilage. The cartilage pills are sourced from fish, cattle, pig and chicken bones. Until now, there has been no real scientific proof that collagen pills work to repair human cartilage. If they are not expensive try, but do not hope in miracles.
