Hot Chocolate Hits The Spot

Good Evening Everyone and hope you enjoyed your Friday!
It's unusual for me to be doing my first post in the evening and I missed everyone for our morning coffee chat.
It turned out to be a busy day for me. Started with a phone call to inquire about quotes for car insurance since mine is due for renewal next month. I'm happy to say I'm changing companies and getting a much better deal and saving money all at the same time. I'm so glad I made that phone call.
Went out to do a little shopping with my daughters, had lunch and on the way home stopped at Dunkin Donuts for a hot chocolate. I haven't had one in awhile and it certainly hit the spot. Both daughters had tea but I wanted something sweet but not a donut. I do miss the days when they white hot chocolate but the regular one was still good.
When I got home I had an order to send out for something I sold and now it's time to make dinner.
Since it was a busy day I hadn't even given a thought as to what we'd have so I'm guessing we'll just heat up some soup and make it easy peasy.
I'm ready to eat, and then put my feet up and relax.

My days of heavy lifting and cleaning are pretty much over too. It wears me out just doing the basics

I dropped Allstate and went with Geico. I hesitated for weeks before finally making the decision. The savings was mind boggling

I love to have the choice of white hot chocolate, and they just brought it back to Tim Hortons this past week. I don't often order hot chocolate, but that is my choice if I do.
I had such a crazy busy day today, I'm so glad that its over.
I don't feel 100%, I'm fighting a bit of a stuffy nose, a cold, so hopefully I'll sleep well and feel better in the morning.

I do just fine during the day as long as I take a daytime cold pill, but I cannot seem to take the nighttime pills. The nighttime pills seem to wire me and instead of helping me sleep, they keep me up.

Hope you aren't getting sick. I haven't had hot chocolate in ages. Generally it's too sweet and I hate to use up all those calories but it just hit the spot and was soooo good.

Hot chocolate is a favorite drink of a few we know. Some make it without dairy, which is a little more work perhaps, but can be a good drink for those not able to have milk.

I miss them not having the white hot chocolate but the regular one was delicious anyway. They do have other flavors but I didn't want to try something I wasn't sure I would like.

I did the landlady thing, did the caregiver job by taking him food shopping and worked on the homestead picking greens. I am so tired.

Sounds like you had a great day, my day has been fine. We watched some of my favorite movies (back to the Future) and have been just hanging out and playing with the dog.
