I found a link to a YouTube about Saffron Bulbs. I had no idea I could buy them like that. But it seems like a good project for me during the springtime of 2019. A bunch of saffron bulbs sell for under 50 bucks but that means buying lots of bulbs. It is less expensive if you only buy a few. I mean. Starting at the beginning as I always do, I first have to see if the soil and the climate are good enough to grow something. I have problems with local squirrels so I may not get good luck with them but on the other hand, what do I have to lose for trying in the springtime of 2019?

@lookatdesktop I know that it can be pretty pricey. I like to make chicken and yellow rice .

That sounds like an interesting project. 50 bucks sounds like a lot for some bulbs though. If I was going to grow something like that, it would probably be gingseng which sells for big bucks.

I would really want to go for that also. I love ginseng tea.
