Guinea pig to the vet / myLot

My guinea pig who's older on Wednesday started to make some weird noises. I got him IN Friday and ended up having food stuck in his throat. He was put up and removed. He seems fine now and eating/acting normally.

So, he was living up to the "pig" part of his species and stuffed himself to the gills. How would one do the Heimlich maneuver on something so small?
