During my third week back from the gym, I've doubled servings when necessary, snacked, had dessert, and ate between meals. The calorie range was 2400-2800 and stayed mainly in the middle. Last week was an up week, since this week was a down week. I weighed 107.4 this morning, losing only half a pound I've gained last week. At least I didn't downward spiral and lost any more to that. No word from my brother via text. Once again, tater tots and ice cream were my junk food vices.
I hope next week is better to get me to 108.5 by next week. I'll try harder and eat more between now and Thanksgiving to get me to my goal.

Maybe. But I want to have a healthy weight and not be underweight anymore.

It sounds like you are doing OK, just try not to slack off. I guess your brother doesn't want to be involved with your weight woes.

I won't. I'm doing the best I can my friend. Well he does from time to time when he has something to say other than no comment. He could've been busy.

You are doing good. Maybe try chocolate in there too. Or anything high in sugar

Thanks. I've been doing chocolate milk and added chocolate to ice cream. I'm trying Eva.

@KristenH I know you are. And I know it can be just as hard for you to gain as for some of us to lose weight. Maybe we could find a way to suction from the ones that need less and give it to the ones that need a little more. I volunteer to donate.
