Published in September of 2018 this book is a painful true story. A story of abandonment, unthinkable abuse, physical, mental and sexual as well as the poor decisions that would lead to, but the book is not without hope.
I would recommend this Memoir, despite the painful subject matter because I believe it is important we educate ourselves on such matters!

Thanks for sharing. I once read the story of a child that was brought to his parents by a man and gave him to them as it was a bundle. The child had not beed abused, but was so neglected that at 3 years or age he had forgotten to talk .The book is about the road of Sandy to recovery, written by his grandma. Children need love.

@Michellekidwell I often wonder why do peole have children if they don´t want them. Now there are several ways to get away from an unwanted pregnancy.
