His name is baby oreo and he is 4 years old now. He is a pure-bred chihuahua.
He is fat because my father spoils him a lot with food. But from time to time he puts him on a diet.
Today, he blows a candle for the fourth time. I dont celebrate my birthday because of what i learned from the bible.

this is an interesting fact. First, if you read the entire bible, Jesus never celebrates his birthday, because first, he is not born on december 25. If you read Luke 2:8-12 you will see that the shepherds are outside, watching over their flocks. This is the time when Jesus is born. If Jesus were born in December, then these shepherd would be inside along with their flock because it was very cold.

Maybe some would reason out, The bible does not narrate it anymore as it’s just a small thing. Then why does the bible recounted the only two individuals who celebrate their birthdays? The pharaoh of egypt and King herod (please read Genesis 40:18-22, 41:13, Mathew 14:6-11, mark 6:21-28
Now what these two indibiduals have in common? They dont worshio God Jehovah or Yahweh. They are pagans.
Now, if we claim we are christians, why will we embrace the practices of pagans? Christian comes from the root word christ.
We must follow his examples.
There is only one celebrations that Jesus wants us to celebrate. Luke 22:19
That’s all.

@Janet357 That's seems very interesting! I think it is something good for debate but to honest like you said the Bible is not a very whole book. Actually, I like the Bible for the wisdom it shared but to be honest I don't think the whole story there really happen.
