I was off yesterday and get a call from the new guy asking a legit question so I answered it. He then asked about next weekend switching (I start holidays Saturday mroning). I told him any other time i would help but I'm on vacation. He said he texted the other girl then called her with no answer. He wanted to make sure it's not rushed or least accepted by next weekend. I replied honestly if it doesn't deal with her an her needs then she won't do it. She constantly asking to switch shifts and texting him to stay or come in for 2 hours. I go that's because she wants it but you want it it's inconvenienced for her. I told him to text the manager about it. I come into work today and this girls working. So she starts how he starts texting him at 1030pm. So I reply you should of answers him when he texted at 3pm then. She then because I said this carried on how stupid he is and nothing done (again get it off her and onto him). So I looked around and said sort of like how you did nothing and leaving it for me. I'm sure he will have fun when I'm on holidays. I'm wondering how it will go come the time the older lady leaves.

your work place drama is almost like a tv sitcom, but with no comedy.

I wouldn't like to be bugged on my day off so if you say no to switching he should just say okay and ask the next person. If no one will switch shifts then he can either work or not show up. I don't like when people talk bad about people all the time so I would be annoyed with the drama you deal with at work.

His original call was about the till. But he knew I was going on vacation. I said normally even the following Sunday if cover but I'm going away this Saturday until following Saturday. Most don't know or have dealt with the narc at work. She thinks the world revolves around her. If it doesn't have to do with her then it's an inconvenience. He said she was vey rude to him and he asked what he did wrong. So I told him talk to the manager as she s always like that frankly that's how she is uselsaa.
