Hard to reach service!

We had suffered another disconnection last week. Though we paid already it was hard to call and request for re connection. I've called them so many times and failed that I already recognized the account number. After that I just went to the office to have it done there instead. I've also complained about their messed up HOT LINE

@Letranknight2015 ok, didn't notice the tags. Can't wait for a third telco to come into the country and introduce better service than what these two are giving.

@allen0187 I am not very optimistic though. I've been Globe for many years and so far it has not entirely failed me.

Oh customer service is always not good anywhere. You need to wait for your queue to be entertained with your complaints. I think you cannot blame them as they are at times being dumped with lots of complaints that at times it takes time to solve a complaint in just one seating. Accommodating all of the complaints is a very heavy job that call center agents have to endure the rest of their working hours. Imagine from the very start of your working hour all you receive are complaints and you receive all kinds of rants from customer. It is a tough job to do. But of course, every customer complaint should be attended to no matter what. That is part of their job and they have to make their best effort to service your complaints.

@Letranknight2015 That’s true I also was a Globe user myself. I somehow like them than PLDT which at times hard to come by when it comes to attending to their customers. Maybe your case might have a serious problem that needs time.

Hello @rsa101 the last two times I've called them was on the pay phone and the other one was at my tenant's phone. But either they made me wait or gave me some lacking info. Globe never screws me with their customer service before...

@rsa101 So, what internet as you using now? sometimes wrong with their hot line when you're using a mobile phone calling them.

Telcos have been like, they are quick to disconnect but was so lazy to reconnect the even it was already settled.

But it was our fault anyways, because we didn't get into the cut off @ilocosboy they're call center wasn't that hard to reach before.

Is it PLDT? We also have an undying issue with connection. Even wired seemed not working for me for the past days.

It's not PLDT @JustBhem but one time my brother had PLDT and when they transferred home the network didn't do anything about it.
