The students' sculptures

The cooking contest of the whole province was held in our school yesterday. One of the items is carving.
Excellent students from all over the province made many sculptures. These sculptures are made of vegetables, such as carrot and white radish.
These works are very vivid. They carved fish, bird and flowers. What do you think of them?

@caopaopao but since they are fruits or vegetables, they can be preserved or frozen so they maintain their form, right?
