I have bought myself a sewing machine

I have not had a sewing machine at home since the time I sold mine about 18 year ago. At that time I was not using the machine as I was busy with my job and the machine was just lying around. Now I will start stitching again on some weekends. I dont stitch ready clothes but just get some repairing done or else sometimes some embroidery on pillows or bedsheets. The machine will be delivered home today and am excited now.

Good for you. I consider sewing machine a household necessity. I bought a portable sewing machine about 2 years ago but something broke somewhere so I have to fix that soon. Anyway, happy sewing!

Yes am really excited and have a lot of ideas in mind on what I should do first. So many ideas that I dont know where to start... guess should now first wait for the machine to be delivered.

Congratulation, sewing machine is necessary equipment like washing machine. If we have sewing machine we can stitch or repair clothes. We can save time and money. I have one sewing machine at my home it is 60 years old.

Unfortunately I had to sell of my machine some years ago and then got so busy with life that I did not buy a new one. But now when there was an online sale on I decided to finally get one for myself.

My hubby also brought a sewing machine for me although I don't use it. That sewing is used by my husband. I am not good at stiching. Good luck for your new machine.
