Hello everyone. Here is our dinner for tonight. I was not able to cook our dinner because I was so tired after traveling to our old hometown. Plus the heat did not cooperate the whole time. In the photo are two kind of noodles we usually eat here. We call noodles like that here 'pancit.' I also hardly cook those because there are a lot of ingredients to prepare. Good thing we have a neighbor who cooks 'short order' meal. These are meals that can be easily cooked upon order. How are you today?

@rakski well I’ve been eating in 7/11, jollibee, or coffee Prince lately. I’m scared to eat in carenderias. I’m afraid my tummy is not used to it anymore.

My daughter's friend's Grandmother (whom we call Nanay because that's what she wants to be called) makes us pancit whenever they have parties because she knows we like it

. She cooks all the Filipino entrees and the family orders out all the rest

Oooh those look really good! We don't have the thin kind of noodles often, but I do like the texture. Apparently my mom got some subs from a deli, had no idea but I'm excited to try them haha
