I wish I understood! More hospital drama

Why am I in a private room as "they thought it would be nicer for me."
Why does an overnight stay involve surgical stockings as a policy?
Why did I just have an injection in my stomach when I already had intravenous antibiotic. I have a canula in my hand.
On the way into this ward the nurse said she thought the thing that is not a boil was just an angry zit.
Why do I need surgical stockings for a pimple?
Why measure me for them at 11.30 at night.
I have assurred them I will walk around and refused to wear them.
I guess I will see a doctor in the morning and whatever pill they just gave me will make me sleep.
Typing as it takes my mind off my stomach now as painful as behind my ear. Ah well.
I guess I will get answers tomorrow

Blood clots, they do not want you to get a blood clot on their dime.

I am going to have to work backward and see why you are in the hospital in the first place. I cannot answer your questions about the private room and compression stockings. Hope they explain it better.

some hospitals if you have to be in bed for any length of time they slap them on you.

@andriaperry is correct, they fear blood cots. I wish you to get well soon.

I think the staff of the hospital knows what they are doing.
