I was feeling really down from life and all that is happening around the world and i can not do anything to change things for people for the better. I sat down while i face the ocean and the sun was setting. That is when i felt this amazing cool breeze and i suddenly realized there was a storm clouds are dark and it started to rain, i ran back to shelter and watched the trees moved from the breeze and the rain so heavy it looked very dark and the ocean was growling so beautifully. All these sounds and the amazing soft cool weather at that moment made all my worries silent at that moment and i felt these amazing peace of mind within me and felt free spiritually. It was an amazing feeling and a day i will always cherish. I wish i can make everyone to know that feeling and always feel that in this life.

I too wish that that moment could be taken and everyone be made to feel that moment. To feel the simple way of life that that moment represents rather than the other horrific moments that people fight for every moment of every day. Instead of seeking huge fortunes and vast estates, seek to use the monies to help others and provide homes and help for others that would never have the money to even have a roof over their head. Instead of spending billions of dollars forcing other countries to recognize that one country is superior over another, use that money to help the countries to be equal and help the poverty stricken to find their way out of poverty. We were all put on this earth to be equal, instead of working so darned hard to be "better" than others, work hard at making lives so others are equal to us and can live better lives and lives that are happier. I realize I'm an idealist and a dreamer...but I can't stand to see people in poverty who can't afford housing and food or even the basic clothing. I wish I could have been there to at least have given you a hug. It wouldn't be much, but at times a hug does help. I've given away a lot of hugs...and a lot of teddy bears (I'm a teddy bear artist and have found that being a teddy bear artist and making "hugs" really helps. I've given away a lot of my bears, much to the disgust of my fellow artists. They always chew me out for giving away my work telling me that I am giving away my money. I always respond that it is my artwork and my money to give a way and that the choice should be mine to make, especially if it makes the person receiving the teddy bear happy, and as an after thought if it makes me happy. It might not be a lot but at least it is some.). When you're feeling down, step to one side and allow the sounds of nature to surround you. Ask them to take away the sadness and give you a dose of a cure for the blues. Ask the forces of nature to take away your worries and blues and set you free and make you feel free and capable to help others where and when you can. Nature will answer you and give you the strength and healing you need. Nature is wonderful and is a powerful friend (I live out in the woods and it seems like daily I go to Nature for her help each and every day whether it's for help with my constant pain or for the strength to help those around me who need the help with their lives.) The help is there all you need to do is to stop for a few minutes and ask for it.

How you describe nature as a whole really is amazing. I love nature, specially the forest and ocean. It gives a therapeutic effect on just being there.

I like to sit on the sea beach and the feeling of the cool air is awesome. But it makes the face dirty due to the sand near the sea. But sure nature is the best anti depressant. It refreshes our mind.

That is really right. And you have the best antidepressant. You can transfer negative energies to the plants. :)
