Returning another sports shoes purchased online because of paining feet

I recently purchased sports shoes online. I had to do this as I could not find the particular shoes brand in a physical store. However when I wore for some good duration and walked, my left feet had pain. Actually I have had a history of back and feet pain and only some specific shape and flexibility shoes suit me. So I have to return them(still in one month time period). I am not liking it but then it is better to do so rather than be in pain.
