First Cup of Coffee

I enjoy one cup of coffee a day. First thing in the morning. It gets me going for the day. I used to drink coffee all day as a habit instead of really enjoying and savoring the coffee. Now I savor that one (large mug) of coffee in the early morning. Sort of like the photo above, it touches my soul. Life is all about those little things. We have to savor each one we are blessed to have. Our time here is short so try to enjoy what you can, when you can. That is my motto.
Do you feel the same about coffee? Can you relate to the photo?

I can relate ms. Carol. I take a cup of coffee every morning. If i drink it in the afternoon, i have a hard time sleeping at night, so i can only have one cup. Now, i bought a kilo of robusta mixed with espresso coffee. My stepmother sells it, it’s a mixture of three kinds of coffee actually.

@arthurchappell actually both tea and coffee are caffeine filled, but still I cannot resist having tea.

I agree with that statement about savoring things. I don't know if that is coffee for me, but I definitely agree!

I have one, maybe two cups of coffee in the morning. Can't say it "touches my soul" though.

I think I'm a ground coffee addict. At least, small cups a day.

Yes, we need to savor every food we eat. No, I don’t like drinking coffee because it makes me nervous and experience anxiety/panic attack after

I don't stop at one, but the ritual of making and enjoying coffee has been a part of my life for many years now!

Not about coffee, but in the winter a good cup of hot chocolate is very nice.

Oh... I love coffee! Before when I was still working at a Language review center I had 4 cups of coffee in a day plus a coffee frappe from SB at night, LOL... But I know I have to lessen my caffeine intake because I couldn't sleep at night..haha.. Now, just having one cup and just like you I can't start my day without a big mug of coffee.. Cheers to all coffee lovers!
