Favorite childhood movie

We all have them and this movie was my favorite and still is today and that is the movie Labyrinth. There are so many I have talked to that has never seen the movie. It starts David Bowie and he is the goblin king and looks great in the movie and all the songs are song by him. Have you ever seen this movie and are you a fan of David Bowie? Out of all the songs on that movie this is my favorite one.

I am a fan of some of Bowie's work and greatly respected his talent. I have not seen this movie, however. My favorite childhood movie would be the original Star Wars showing Han shot first. It came out when I was 15.

Awesome. I have seen all of those movies as well but I wouldn't consider myself being a big fan of them.

@hillhjill I am too young to be in love with Bowie like the older generation. I mean I know some of his music. But Ive never been gaga over him. I'll watch the movie if it ever shows up on hulu or cable once we have it again. But I'm not going to go out of my way to see it. Its the same way I feel about the Goonies. I finally watched the whole thing, and it wasnt worth all the hype.

@thislittlepennyearns The Goonies were over rated but I still watch it once in awhile. When it comes to David Bowie I wasn't crazy about him just the movie and of course all the songs on the movie.

I think I did not yet watch that movie. Mostly I remember the TV series like Daimus, Astroboy and Filipino superheroes like Kidlat.

Yeah that's when it came out and I remember mom buying it for me on cassette tape.
