i have just started using AVG free programme. its worth it. it updates daily the moment you switch on your computer. my computer was full of viruses when i was using other softwares however, now i am relaxed since the time i have started using AVG. i would recommend u may use that. it will help you a lot. If you want to update your anti-virus program the you can go for using "Quick Heal".And for more security reasons you can use Quick Heal Firewall also,because it is very nice to use and important thing is that it keeps your pc away from any damage.

Avast is great! It works good and it's free. I've also purchased The Shield Pro. It rates at the top of anti-virus software. It updates itself, and scans automatically everytime you enter a site or open a link or accept a file. It also scans weekly. So you download, install, and forget. really easy.
