November is just getting more and more interesting. So I never really talked about my Aunt and Uncle before because I don't really have a relationship with them because they live all the way in Guam with their 4 kids. I haven't seen them since I was like 8 or 9 I have no idea. It has just been a while, I'm 23 and I was a little kid when I saw them last. Well last night at like 11PM they flew in after a very short notice. The whole point of them coming to the states was so my aunt could go to Mexico for a cancer treatment. Yes, unfortunately my aunt has breast cancer, she was on chemo for a while, has a mastectomy, and she was doing better but suddenly everything went downhill so they found this place that does a special treatment and decided to book a flight. It was so sudden that my grandma had no time to plan. She would have had an extra few days because they did plan to go to Mexico first, BUT my uncle lost his passport. So, yeah. Now they are staying with my grandma trying to hustle and bustle to find a passport place that hopefully will get things done fast. they had full intentions of staying here after Mexico for a couple weeks so my uncle could get treatments for his vertigo, but this made the situation all messy. November, why must you always be so strange?

Oh my goodness, he needs a passport if he travels by air. I hope he can get a passport soon.

Yeahhh, not the best situation on his part. He was able to get a new passport, but not having it glued to his body before leaving was just silly.

@DesirousDreamer You are right, he should have not forgot his passport. At least he did not have to wait too long.

@LadyDuck thankfully. I still feel bad for my grandma. Having to drive 3 hours down there, wait painfully for another 7 hours for everything to get done and then 2 hours back.

Maybe auntie is feeling emotional about seeing family. When you are sick with a serious illness you may have some emotions that are rather unusual. Hope you have a nice visit.

I adore my aunt. I always have, she is so sweet and I love her little mannerisms her "oh wow" is adorable. It is my uncle that I always have a constant not really battle, just awkward confrontation with.

She is okay, just stressed and not used to people being in her house all the time haha That is a little more reasonable, not much, but at least still on the same land of dirt. My aunt and uncle are from Guam, that is a bit of a way to travel haha

If I believed in God, things would be a little less awkward with them.

Sometimes I think month of November is the less noticeable month of the year because the focus is December, but with this happening the month will be remember.

Well at least things will be exciting. And November is always a strange month. Its like it needs to compete with the crazy that December and Christmas brings.

The worst part about November for at least my mom and Grandma is that is normally when the property tax is due and also my grandma's situation with the roof and having to pay for that and also all the treatments for my aunt and uncle. The poor thing doesn't have much.
