can't help without wifi

My younger brother always asked why wifi wasn't have connection he cannot accept the reality that sometimes the lines get lost or need a telco maintenance, he is crying because he cannot play roblox online, I told him what our my mom will not pay or cut the line what were going to do? He answered, I am sad face I do not know what I am going to do...my brother so dependent to visit online most of the time. I am worried on how to control him using the gadgets...

Online can be very addicting. I play online alot and now sometimes i give myself a break because i find myself online for to many hours.

Well, we can't blame them sometimes even us can be addicted doing things online also but if he is too young I think limitation rules must be observe.
