Friday....lunch with the girls (and one guy)

Happy Friday Everyone!
Our two days of sun have disappeared into another morning of clouds with rain later today. Can't complain....I enjoyed the sunshine and it was a pleasant break.
Today I'm having lunch with my three daughters, three granddaughters and my grandson. Schools are closed here so we grabbed this opportunity for a get-together before we're bogged down with snowy weather and the holidays crazies.
The only one missing from our girlie day is my daughter in law who still can't travel from her surgery. Thankfully she's doing well and her recovery is going slowly but the doctor is happy.
The next time the whole family will be together will be Christmas. For Thanksgiving only half of us will be at my oldest daughters but we're not always all together for Thanksgiving anyway.
That's about it from here and that's what's exciting for me on this Friday.

He's fine with it and best friends with his cousin so they have a lot in common and love being together. I'm happy that everyone gets along so well

@LadyDuck same with my brother and my friends. Usually especially teenagers (my grandson is 13 and granddaughter is 14) don't want much to do with each other or moms. But both grandkids had some game they were playing and were having a good time.

Nothing exciting at all. Tomorrow is a Holiday Craft show though I always go to. I hope it is not raining in the morning. It may be quite cold though. Usually, the weather for the show..starts off rather cool with heavy jackets, and warms enough in the afternoon to take them off, maybe not this year.

We have a craft fair tomorrow at our high school that I'd like to go to but we're supposed to have rain so I'll have to see . Hope you get to yours.

That sounds like a wonderful way to spend some time on a snowy day-we had a dusting too.
I woke up today knowing that I am no longer an employee at the dealership, and I am happy. I left work yesterday smiling from ear to ear and skipping out to my car.
Life IS good!

Rainy day here. Nothing exciting here. I got the mail and took out the trash with Lily. I got her back in a few minutes. She scratched me on the leg while I was getting the laundry ready. I put some ointment on it. I hope it gets better soon. I'm going to read later.
