do you treat yourself when you are sick?

i do not visit the clinic often when i am sick. most of the time, i.would treat myself with over the counter medication because i know what my body tells,me. today, i felt my bones aching, dizzy and running nose. Hence, i bought a strip of paracetamol and flu pill which cost $1 each. I do not delay my own treatment when i feel uncomfortable. That's why i recover quickly while some people would take 1-2 week to recover. i don't take antibiotic pill either. do you treat yourself with over the counter pills?

If I don't have anything serious yes. But now I have a dental infection which spread to my eye. I went to a doctor.

I remember when I'm not feeling good, I keep on going to my company clinic to take a medicine and have a rest

It depends on what's wrong with me. Most of the time over the counter meds help, but sometimes I go to my doctor or to urgent care.

Yes, because I know I can be better with them unlike what my Doctor's are prescribing me.

Yes, I do. I don´t like to go to the doctor and so if I can help it, just over the counter medications.

Well I dont do doctors. I do self medicate. I do treat my symptoms myself, and to be fair I think it works out well for me.
